We aim for cost-neutral or cost-down outcomes—and for service quality and plan literacy to trend up. If agreed 90-day milestones are not completed, we credit or waive the next month’s fee (up to three months).

How We Charge

Fees are plan-paid when permitted by the Plan and prudent for participants. Pricing is flat and predictable—per-participant or fixed monthly—no percentage of assets. We provide full 408(b)(2) disclosure and support 404(a)(5) participant communication.
